Taylor Lee

human-environment interaction

Taylor is creating ways we can understand how technology and environments shape each other, and how that changes the way people live together towards a better world. She has a conviction that the digital world will further converge with the physical world. More than ever, good quality data has cascading effects. Right now, she is looking into preserving historic ground truth urban behavior data for artificial intelligence and cities at Gatherground.

Previously she worked at Google AI and wanted to see how technology was shaped on the ground, so she went to explore human environment interaction globally. She comes from a third cultural perspective graduating from the University of Auckland Science Scholars honors program as an undergraduate in New Zealand and Yonsei University Built Environment and Artificial Intelligence as a visiting scholar in South Korea.
